Steps to Becoming a Caregiver
What is a Caregiver?
A designated caregiver is a person, at least 21 years old, who assists up to five (5) registered qualifying patients with their medical use of cannabis. Caregivers support patients by helping them obtain and administer their medicine in compliance with the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program (MMCP).
Note: For minor patients, the caregiver must be a parent or legal guardian with primary custody.
